Two of Gansey's powers in Mask or Menace are Power of Intent and Vocal Command. These have the potential to impact on your character. I would be very grateful if you could fill out the form below, and let me know if he is able to use these powers on your character, and under what circumstances. The powers works as follows:

Power of Intent
- Gansey's intentions are made powerful, due to [ spoilers for his canon that I won't go into here ]. This manifests in two ways:
- Gansey is notably persuasive. When he puts intention behind his words, he is very convincing and difficult to say no to. However, it is far from impossible - he has no control over other people's minds, and if they stubbornly disagree with him, they are not forced to comply.
- He is notably good at finding things; his belief that an object can be found, or his strong intention to find it, will make it more likely that he is on the right path. For this to be successful, it must be possible to find the object; Gansey's power does not create an item that is not real, but it can set his instincts on the right path - even when that path is difficult for anyone else to see.
Vocal Command
- He is able to command magical power to activate. This only works when the conditions are right; some manner of magic (either a spell, or latent magical power within a place) must be present in order for him to tell it to work.
- He can command magical power to stop. This enables Gansey to nullify magical abilities and spells in game.
- For the purposes of the game, this power will also extend to superpowers in general. He is therefore able to command any superpower to either 'stop' or 'go'.
- In general terms, Gansey's commands to 'stop' or 'go' must be spoken, and must be heard.

Will Gansey's Power of Intent work on your character? yes to Dorian, less likely with the Doctor. The Doctor's picked up some resistance to hypnotism and things like that along his fifty fricken years of canon so he'd be less likely to get intent whammied but I can work with it if needed (Doctor Who runs on plot bullshit after all)
Can Gansey nullify your character's powers? ahahaha yup. Have fun watching Dorian get all corpsey.
Can Gansey command your character's powers to activate? The majority of their powers are passive (Dorian's immortality, the Doctor's Time Lord nature) but if Gansey wants to activate the Doctor's chalk generation powers, have at it. The sonic sunglasses fit in that odd slot of technology that's technically a power but I'm okay with Gansey trying to talk to alien tech.
